Journey 1 · Grow
The first-win journey

The programme's thesis journey: about 93 percent of first-time winners never transact again within 30 days, and the moment the relationship is decided gets a generic line, a five-job receipt and then silence. The fix is recognition at the win, one capture ask at peak trust, and a behaviour-timed habit arc with a silent control. The second transaction is the only success measure.

This journey’s strategy
A customer is won or lost in the 30 days after the first win. Celebrate it, prove it was real, and make the second win the obvious next step.
  1. Three moments we own: the win, the receipt, and the 30 days that follow.
  2. Celebrate the win asking nothing, then run a 30-day sequence of prompts that does not exist today.
  3. Every message reads the customer's state: how they won, the channels they hold, what they did next.

The static walkthrough

The same journey with every moment on screen at once: each change, its evidence and its full logic, moment by moment below.

Two live defect classes sit under this journey: the win-push tap defects (Android deep link, iPhone type-name) and the unmeasurable card surface. The detail, with the fixes: the Engineering brief.

The D pins: the data the changes need

The pins on the walkthrough above mark the data each change needs, coloured by the sort of ask: COMPUTED TRAIT · ANALYTICS APP AND JOURNEY OWNED NEW EVENT · ENGINEERING BUILDS EXISTS · PIPE TO BRAZE READY · NOTHING TO BRIEF. Tap any pin, anywhere in the pack, for what it is. The full contracts live on the Engineering brief, the computed traits on the Analytics brief.

Six-month average; first-time upgrade winners counted in the month they won, channel split on current opt-in state. All time: 412,932 of 512,757 first-time winners are marketable (80.5%); the win splits 374,204 early against 138,553 at the close. The 108,821-a-year figure counts all first purchases, a wider population; reconciling the two is an open Analytics action. Source: Analytics (Ivi), 2 Sep 2026. The all-time rows size the population the journey can ever reach; the monthly row is the flow into it.
